Shift Alerts serves as a centralized staffing platform designed specifically for staffing agencies, customers, and physicians
THE TASK

The problem
The client approached us with the need to improve the scheduling process for nurses at hospitals. Currently, there is no effective online platform for managing shift schedules, leading to difficulties in booking shifts and a lack of flexibility for both hospitals and nurses. Hospitals require an intelligent management solution to organize shifts, while nurses need a mobile app to easily check their schedules and perform check-in and check-out when arriving at the hospital.

Project goal
The goal of Shift-alert is to develop a comprehensive platform that allows hospitals to efficiently manage nurse schedules and provides nurses with a user-friendly mobile application. This platform will include a management site for hospitals to arrange shifts and monitor nurse availability, along with a mobile app for nurses to easily check their schedules, check in, and check out, enhancing overall efficiency and communication.
